Do you have kinesthetic-tactile learners in your classroom? In this workshop, Giselle explores a topic in your curriculum using her multi-sensory approach of theater and dance. Through her workshop she is able to connect your curriculum to activities in both theater and dance: making sure all modalities of learning are touched upon, specifically, kin-esthetic, visual, and auditory. Her workshop consists of using props related to your content as well as student's collaborative work - the end result is a beautiful creative expression, choreographed by your students, that enhances the content area of your choice. Curriculum connections include but are not limited to: the solar system, history, math, language arts and social studies.
